**The Role**
This role has been designed to create an opportunity for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Coordinator, who wants to be a part of a great HR team, and take responsibility for the delivery of our recruitment and onboarding strategy. This role will be based in Brisbane, working alongside the Senior Human Resources Consultant, supporting the firm's national recruitment strategy.
- Own and drive the end to end recruitment process across McR and our diversified businesses;
- Manage the recruitment tools including Greenhouse, LinkedIn, xRef etc. and their integration with our HRIS system and other internal systems;
- Provide a seamless onboarding experience working closely across all business services teams;
- The ability to multitask and communicate across the business, along with the ability to build strong relationship with our external providers.

**What Success Looks like**
- Building a strong talent pool through all networks including our Alumni, internal referrals and industry bodies and through building enduring relationships;
- Driving our commitment to diversity and inclusion in all recruitment activity;
- Working with Senior Human Resources Consultant, HR Manager and Head of HR Sydney to find innovative/creative sourcing solutions;
- Effective stakeholder management across all areas of our business and our external providers; and
- Providing support for specific projects and processes as required from time to time and other ad hoc duties as required.

**What you need**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment (or resourcing) of professionals (in-house or agency), with legal experience ideally;
- Excellent attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines will juggling multiple priorities;
- A desire to exceed client expectations on all occasions;
- Desire to be a part of a team working collaboratively, flexibly and supportive in order to achieve our aspirations;
- Confidence in running interviews for all levels of the firm from entry level to senior lawyers;
- Confidence in your problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to make sound judgements and provide advice to stakeholders; and
- Effective communication skills, written and oral, and the confidence to communicate at all levels both internally and externally.
