Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a motivated individual to join the team as an Internal Sales Executive based in Yatala. Working closely with both customers and the internal team, you will ensure orders are handled efficiently while maintaining a high level of service and responsiveness. Key responsibilities include: Handling inbound calls and enquiries from customers regarding products, pricing and availability Preparing and issuing quotes and processing customer orders Building strong relationships with customers and providing excellent service to support repeat business Coordinating with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and timely delivery Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, quotes and orders in the system Supporting the broader sales team and assisting with customer follow-ups where required Applicant Requirements: We are seeking a candidate with a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
