Now with Australian operations in full swing, their Gold Coast Phone Sales team are expanding rapidly with a number of full-time positions to be filled immediately. The Role: Working from their fast paced Coombabah based offices, your role will be to attend multiple daily phone meetings with pre-qualified customers who have made contact with the business and have been qualified by the call centre. That's right, NO COLD CALLING!these customers have already been qualified and booked into your diary for a call. Your role is to simply understand the customer’s requirements and effectively position an appropriate solution across the vast suite of solar, battery and renewable energy products you will have at your disposal. The successful candidate will be trained from top to bottom on all things renewables, so a previous background in the sector is not required. You will enjoy the full support of an experienced leadership team who will be there to train, guide and support you from day one and ensure you have all the tools required for success. The solar and battery market is on fire right now, so this is a genuine opportunity to earn some significant income well in excess of $150k The Candidate: 1KOMMA5 is a highly modern and dynamic organisation and we’re looking for candidates that fit this mould. We’re looking for smart, motivated and polished sales professionals who are excited to build a career in the renewable energy industry and can demonstrate aptitude in closing sales both over video and phone. To be considered for this opportunity we’re looking to speak with candidates who have demonstrated experience selling complex solutions over phone and/or video, as well as having a minimum of 3 years doing so. On offer here is a generous salary package, comprising a base salary of between $60k to $80k super an uncapped commission structure. The on-target earnings are $150k, however the sky genuinely is the limit for capable sales people.
