What You'll Be Doing
As our Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for motivating, leading and developing the Motorcycle Sales Team to achieve strong gross and net profit results. You'll be hands‐on—knowing your team, your customers and your stock inside out.
Key responsibilities include:
* Driving the achievement of monthly sales and profit targets
* Coaching, supporting and developing the sales team to reach their full potential
* Leading by example with professionalism, integrity and customer focus
* Ensuring consistent, high‐quality customer experiences throughout the sales journey
* Managing leads and ensuring timely follow‐ups
* Overseeing presentation standards for showroom, stock and sales documentation
* Coordinating test rides, trade‐ins, deliveries and customer handovers
* Maintaining strong product and market knowledge
* Ensuring compliance with WHS, dealership policies and manufacturer processes
What We're Looking For
Someone who excels in sales leadership and thrives in a customer‐centric environment.
You will have:
* Automotive Salesperson Licence (QLD) or ability to obtain
* Proven experience in sales—motorcycle or automotive highly desirable
* Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate and lead a successful team
* High attention to detail and strong administrative skills
* Exceptional communication and relationship‐building ability
* A proactive, accountable and results‐driven mindset
