Your Role
Join our dynamic cross‐functional team at our newly established air‐conditioned, automated facility! As an Operator Maintainer, your primary responsibility is to ensure seamless operations by promptly addressing system faults of both technical and operational nature, thereby contributing to our continued business growth.
Responsibilities
* Monitoring, operating, and troubleshooting faults in automated material handling equipment within a fast‐paced production environment.
* Efficiently resolving machine faults using logical problem‐solving techniques, even at heights of up to 30 meters while adhering to safety protocols.
* Utilizing literacy, numeracy, and IT skills to interpret and maintain data and fault information accurately.
* Upholding high standards of housekeeping and hygiene.
* Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure the machines remain in optimal condition and promptly reporting any anomalies.
* Strict adherence to safety guidelines to maintain a secure working environment for all staff.
Qualifications
* Demonstrate a commitment to safety, meticulous attention to detail, and effective problem‐solving skills.
* Have a genuine interest in automation and technology, coupled with a willingness to learn new concepts and procedures.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
* Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Ability to accurately identify colors such as red, blue, white, yellow, and green.
* Meet physical fitness requirements, including frequent walking, climbing, lifting up to 25kg unassisted, and working at heights of up to 30 meters (with appropriate training and safety gear provided).
