We're looking for an experienced and motivated Industrial Engineer to join our Business Improvement Team. This role is all about driving efficiency, supporting product and process innovation, and contributing to our journey toward world-class manufacturing.
The Opportunity
In this hands-on role, you'll be at the forefront of optimising production processes, machinery, and product design. You'll bring strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and a passion for continuous improvement. As a key stakeholder, you'll support operational systems, including Task lists and BOMs, and help embed LEAN practices throughout our business.

Key Responsibilities
· Conduct production line studies to improve operational performance
· Oversee and conduct time study analyses of tasks
· Lead the implementation of identified process improvements
· Develop SOPs and work instructions to support changes
· Train production staff in 5S and LEAN principles
· Manage and update job task lists and BOMs
· Provide technical and engineering support across departments
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives using root cause analysis
· Champion safety, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction goals

About You
· Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred) with 5+ years' experience
· Experience with SolidWorks (advantageous)
· Strong knowledge of 5S and LEAN principles
· Skilled in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
· Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
· Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels
· High attention to detail with strong time management
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Able to work independently and collaboratively
