Job Description
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in your designated region of NSW. This involves maintaining strong customer relationships, executing effective product promotions, and identifying opportunities within specific market segments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maximizing profit and sales volume through strategic planning and execution
2. Maintaining and improving relationships with key customers and distributor networks to ensure mutual benefits
3. Developing and implementing regional sales plans, including promotions and incentives tailored to each market segment
4. Meeting regional sales targets by achieving budgeted volumes and average sales prices
5. Providing actionable market insights and competitor analysis to the National Sales Manager
6. Managing regional operating expenses, including travel, communication, and promotional activities
Required Skills and Qualifications

* Rural background with understanding of unique customer needs and requirements
* Experience in selling rural products is an advantage
