What You'll Do
Develop investment plans to support go-to-market expansion
Build strong connections with regional teams for best practices and insights
Collaborate with leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives
Manage relationships to enhance client proposals and market development efforts
Drive alignment across Avanade's global functions and geographies
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with Microsoft and ecosystem partners
Lead and support strategy for the assigned Solution Area, ensuring consistency and scalability
Responsibilities
Lead the packaging and scalability of solutions across all markets
Build strong connections with regional teams
Engage directly with clients, serve as an executive sponsor, and act as an external market representative
Collaborate on Avanade's market messaging and support functional collaboration and enablement
Skills And Experiences / Qualifications
Proficiency in relevant technical domains and experience delivering complex client projects
Solid understanding of sales principles, business development, and marketing
Ability to adapt GTM approaches to meet local and global market needs
Skilled in managing relationships with offshore delivery teams and partners
Effective leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Solid understanding of SA and cross-SA
