We are looking for a talented Geotechnical Engineer to join our team. As a key player in our infrastructure projects, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of geotechnical engineering design principles and industry-standard software. They will also have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage site investigations and laboratory testing programs to ensure accurate geotechnical analysis and reporting
* Develop and implement site safety management plans to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
* Analyse data from site investigations and laboratory testing to inform geotechnical design and recommendations
* Prepare detailed geotechnical reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders
* Foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure project success

Requirements:

* A recognized tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering and eligibility for Chartership with Engineers Australia (or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering design principles and industry-standard software such as LPile, Plaxis, and AutoCAD
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in geotechnical design and construction, with a focus on large infrastructure or buildings projects
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A proactive and client-focused attitude, with the ability to foster positive relationships and support team development
