**About The Opportunity**
As the Technical Support Specialist, based at our Perth HQ office, you will play a vital role supporting customers using our mine scheduling solution, Micromine Alastri. Being at the forefront of client interactions, your work will solidify customer relationships and ensure their satisfaction with Micromine’s products and services.
Reporting to the Technical Support Team Lead (Mining), your key responsibilities will include:
- Be a key point of contact for customers using Micromine Alastri.
- Provide mining domain expertise to our customers and the wider Micromine product team.
- Assisting with the development of knowledge base articles and training collateral.
**About You**
Ideally you will have a mining operational background with hands on experience using Mine scheduling software.
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:
- Site based experience in a mine production, planning or scheduling role - ideally in open pit, hard rock, metals.
- Hands-on experience with mine scheduling software. Experience using Micromine-Alastri software would be advantageous.
- Comfortable building relationships and providing support to clients.
