**We are looking for an enthusiastic all-rounder Sales Administrator to join us!**
This permanent role will be based in our brand-new Welshpool office and to support our high performing Sales and Business Development Team!
**In this role, here's how you will make an impact**:
- Manage purchase orders, RFQs, and order enquiries received in centralized inbox
- Providing accurate standard parts sales quotes for customers in a timely manner
- Processing orders from customers once quotes have been approved and conduct follow up activities
- Support in ordering parts from suppliers, preparing and processing documentation such as purchase requisitions
- Liaising with production teams for job status and reporting
- Liaising with suppliers for accurate delivery timelines
- Organise and coordinate site mobilization for the team
- Organise travel, accommodation, and medical bookings
- Coordinate new customer account requests by liaising with relevant departments (i.e., Finance)
- Develop, create, and analyze reports as required (e.g., EXO WIP, monthly receipting, etc.)
- Preparation of Proforma invoicing PDF bind reports at end of month
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Management of customer specific delivery schedules (e.g., BHP WAIO)
- Order and maintain marketing merchandise inventory for all Schlam divisions
- Coordination of meetings including preparation of agendas, minute taking, distribution of minutes and follow up on actions
- Assist with overflow of reception calls and reception coverage when required
**About you**:

- You will have minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in Sales and face paced environment
- Cert IV or Diploma in Business or equivalent will be highly regarded
- Excellent customer service to ensure the experience is exceptional
- Ability to communicate professionally and clearly - verbally and in writing
- Ability to think outside the box and problem solve efficiently and effectively
