The Position
In the role of Sales Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
* Spearhead negotiations, close high-value transactions, and ensure seamless client experiences
* Partner with our existing sales team to enhance strategies and strengthen market positioning
* Inspire and train junior agents, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
* Identify emerging opportunities across all market segments to help grow our dominance beyond the middle market
* Build lasting client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals through trust, expertise, and exceptional service
* Contribute to innovative sales strategies, leveraging market insights and emerging trends to maximize profitability
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Agent will have:
* Property Sales Experience - at least 2-3 years of experience in listing and selling properties
* Local Market Expertise - In-depth knowledge of market trends, property values, and buyer demographics in the region
* Class 1 Real Estate License - Essential requirement for the role
* Proven Sales Success - Strong negotiation and closing abilities
* Self-Driven & Results-Focused - Capable of working independently while contributing to a high-performing team
* A strong prospector who thrives on building long-term relationships
* Outstanding Client Service - Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with buyers and vendors
