Experienced Legal Secretary
Full-time | Monday to Friday
We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join a well-established law practice providing specialised services across Family Law, Property Law, Conveyancing, Dispute Resolution, Criminal Law, Wills and Estates, Commercial Law and Litigation. About the Role
The role involves providing support across various practice areas, assisting solicitors, and managing administrative responsibilities. Duties include:
- Drafting documents and correspondence
- Reviewing legal documents
- Conducting legal research
- Managing files and documentation
- General office administration
- Using platforms such as LEAP, PEXA, and InfoTrack
The successful candidate will enjoy excellent support and a collaborative working environment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a legal secretary or legal assistant
- Solid knowledge of LEAP legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
