Our client is a highly valued accounting and advisory firm with offices in Melbourne, Sydney & Auckland. They are currently looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join their Melbourne office on a full time, permanent basis.
The Role:
Welcome clients & visitors and direct as required
Manage reception switchboard
Maintain a skilled telephone manner
Diary management
Proactively assist in managing clients and assist clients with their enquiries
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Update client information to ensure records are correct
Manage delivery of tax returns for clients through our Portal
Maintain client corporate secretarial records using BGL software.
Company,Trust and Trustee Company Registers
Assist with the administrative requirements of: Tax Returns & Activity Statements
Monthly billing using the APS client database system
