Drive automation and AI initiatives through business analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Defining and executing the vision, roadmap, and delivery model for AI and automation products.
Leading the end-to-end delivery of automated solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy.
Building strong partnerships with business leaders, vendors, and technical teams.
Applying Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage project delivery and measure outcomes.
Driving stakeholder engagement and fostering a culture of responsible AI use.
Evaluating and implementing cutting-edge automation and AI tools and platforms.
Embedding governance, compliance, and ethical frameworks into all AI initiatives.
Monitoring trends in automation and refining strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience implementing AI and automation tools that deliver measurable efficiencies.
Strong project management skills with experience in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments.
Excellent communication and influencing skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
Analytical mindset with a systematic approach to problem-solving and risk management.
Experience in data governance, privacy, and AI compliance practices.
Tertiary qualifications in business, technology, data science, or a related field.
Scrum/Agile qualifications (required); AI Product Management or Governance certifications (preferred).
