We're seeking a caring and detail-oriented Client Care Coordinator to join our Ipswich Client Care Team. This role is central to delivering premium customer service and ensuring the smooth coordination of pet aftercare services. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide empathetic support to clients via phone, email, chat, bookings, and social media
* Coordinate pet viewings, ash collections, and client visits with professionalism and care
* Prepare viewing rooms and groom pets for client viewings
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery
* Manage client payments, Zip Pay and Vet Pay services
* Schedule and manage vet, home, and office collections
* Maintain accurate data entry and reporting
* Uphold hygiene, presentation, and safety standards
* Support induction of new veterinary clinics
Attend team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement
About You:
* Emotionally intelligent and compassionate toward animals and people
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Organised, detail-oriented, and professional in presentation
* Physically capable of lifting moderate weights and standing for extended periods
* Q Fever vaccinated (or willing to obtain)
* Comfortable using systems and following procedures
