About the Builder
Based on the Central Coast with good tenure, this organization delivers commercial projects ranging from $1m to $20m, with a strong pipeline across:
* NSW Government works up to $10m (Education, Healthcare, Community)
* Long‐term private sector clients
* A consistent stream of projects typically in the $3m–$5m range
You'll be joining a tight, professional team, working from the office with regular site visits across the Central Coast and Newcastle.
The Role
This Contract Administrator position is hands‐on and ideal for someone who wants to grow quickly. You will be involved in:
* Subcontractor procurement and package management
* Tendering, cost control, and forecasting
* Variations, financial reporting, and contract compliance
* Supporting the Project Manager through every stage of delivery
* Building strong working relationships across clients, consultants, and subcontractors
You'll be given increasing responsibility as your capability grows, with a clear pathway toward taking ownership of projects in the future.
