The Senior Research Analyst will play a key role in delivering high-quality research and consulting solutions by leading end-to-end execution of custom, syndicated, and Go-to-Market (GTM) research projects. This role involves driving project scoping, research planning, data analysis, and presenting findings directly to clients. The candidate will also support client engagements throughout the project lifecycle, ensure timely delivery, and contribute to team development and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research Project Management & Delivery
* Lead execution of multiple research projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
* Define project scope, research methodology, timelines, and deliverables.
* Conduct secondary research, data validation, hypothesis testing, and market sizing.
* Ensure accuracy and clarity in insights through thorough proofreading and logical structuring.
* Prepare strategic recommendation decks aligned with client objectives.
* Drive continuous process improvements in research approaches.
* Conduct regular update calls to manage expectations and gather feedback.
* Present interim and final research findings to clients in a structured and insightful manner.
* Incorporate client feedback efficiently to improve project output and client satisfaction.
* Build rapport with client stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and trust.
* Guide and mentor junior analysts and research associates on research quality and output.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to project timelines and standards.
* Support the training of new team members in research methodologies and best practices.
* Promote a collaborative and performance-driven work culture.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
* 2–4 years of experience in market research, consulting, or business analysis.
* Strong exposure to custom research projects, GTM strategy, or industry benchmarking studies.
* Excellent skills in secondary research, data interpretation, and client communication.
* Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, and industry databases.
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
