The Role
Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking a Corporate / Commercial Lawyer at the Associate or Senior Associate level to join its successful expanding practice.
You will work across a broad and engaging range of matters, including:
Private M&A transactions
Shareholder agreements
Corporate structuring and capital reductions
Directors' duties and Corporations Act compliance
High-value commercial contracts
General corporate advisory work
This is a client-facing role offering real responsibility, variety, and direct partner access.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Approximately 1–6+ years' PAE in corporate/commercial law (or equivalent in-house experience)
Strong technical skills with a commercially pragmatic mindset
Excellent attention to detail
Confidence, maturity, and strong interpersonal skills
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
