Your role
As a full-time or part-time Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will provide a wide variety of high-quality behaviour support services to children and adults living with disability. This includes finding solutions to challenging behaviours and maintaining customer and stakeholder relationships. This role will support clients across the Joondalup, Butler and Mirrabooka areas.

What we're looking for
* Enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are eager to grow their careers, collaborate, and bring fresh ideas to the wider team
* Must have NDIS PBS registration
* Ideally have a Graduate Certificate in Positive Behaviour Support or a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Psychology, Counselling or Community Service
* Previous relevant experience in Positive Behaviour Support, ideally working under the NDIS framework within the disability support sector
* A genuine passion for supporting people living with a disability
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Before commencing, all successful candidates must hold (or be willing to obtain):
* A current Driver's Licence
* Working with Children Check
* Department of Education Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
* A valid HLTAID011 First Aid Certificate (with at least six months' validity remaining)
