Sales Manager
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially aware Sales Manager to support our wholesale growth strategy within the footwear category. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing account relationships, driving sell-in and sell-through results, and supporting the execution of brand and sales plans aligned with our GTM strategy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Sales & Brand Development: Support the delivery of wholesale revenue targets for the Active & Lifestyle category in AU, with a specific focus on footwear.
* Work closely with agents to develop and manage regional account plans for specific brands in the category.
* Drive product sell-in through seasonal presentations and engagement with key accounts and strategic independents.
* Contribute to demand forecasting and provide weekly/monthly account performance insights.
* Ensure customer orders are aligned with the seasonal GTM and brand strategy.
* Monitor account-level performance and execute replenishment plans in partnership with Orderhold Manager.
Account Management: Manage a portfolio of key accounts and independent retailers.
* Execute trading terms, discounts, and promotional plans under guidance from the National Sales Manager.
* Assist in bi-annual business reviews and support the creation of strategic business plans for priority customers.
* Coordinate with marketing to integrate brand initiatives into retail channels.
Agent & Market Support: Provide seasonal tools and materials to agents to enable strong sell-in performance.
* Conduct regular check-ins with agents and key stores to assess needs, feedback, and opportunities.
* Review customer applications and support the onboarding of new accounts that align with our brand and channel strategy.
Reporting & Administration: Deliver timely weekly updates and monthly reports on account activity and sales performance.
* Monitor sell-through and market trends to support in-market responsiveness.
* Maintain CRM records and assist in post-season analysis and feedback loops.
**Requirements & Attributes:**
* 2–4 years experience in sales, account management, or territory management—preferably within the footwear, apparel, or sporting goods industry.
* Exposure to wholesale and retail environments in Australia.
* Experience working with lifestyle or performance footwear brands is a strong advantage.
