**About the Role**
Based in Newcastle West, the role of the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Relations Officer - Enrolments & Agreements is to provide person centred services to a wide range of development partners/SIL/Owners of SDA dwellings to successfully compliment the new business expansion of Home In Place's Disability Housing division.

**Key Accountabilities include**
- Maintain up to date knowledge of NDIA, NDIS and Specialist Disability Accommodation
- Enrol new SDA eligible dwellings in the NDIS Proda Portal & Internal Greentree system
- Maintain, update and complete Fee for Service Management Agreement register
- Compile new Fee for Service Management agreement procurement process
- Conduct Management Agreement renewal process with SDA development stakeholders
**About you**
- Three years' experience in Property Management, Community Housing or Disability Housing role
- Working knowledge of disability, disability services and service providers
- Experience in the provision and development of Management Agreements between Property Manager/Developer
- Ability to work flexible hours to suite the needs of the service and the people we support. Flexibility and mobility to undertake business travel as required to fulfil the requirements of the position
- Demonstrated high attention to detail and the ability to use initiative and meet deadlines
- Experience in accessing third party portals and or government systems in a data entry capacity
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination
