The Role
Based on the Sunshine Coast, the B1.3 LAME will be responsible for delivering high-quality Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services across a diverse range of rotary wing aircraft. This role ensures that all aircraft and engine maintenance activities, including the rectification of fleet AOG (Aircraft on Ground) defects, are completed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory and safety standards. The LAME will report to the Chief Engineer and is accountable for the successful delivery of work in accordance with the agreed maintenance plan.

* Promoted good health and safety of all team members in the workplace.
* Ensured maintenance of aircraft carried out is completed in accordance with the Maintenance Organisation Manual, Civil Aviation Regulations and Aircraft or Engine Manufacturers Manuals. Ensure all maintenance is certified in accordance with Omni's systems of certification.
* Delivered maintenance work scopes to the satisfaction of clients.
* Ensured strict control of stores and distribution systems in accordance with the Procedures Manual.
* Maintained professional relationships with all maintenance stakeholders and sub-contractors.
Essential Requirements
The below key requirements are required to be demonstrated by all employees to Omni.
* Be an Australian Citizen
* Hold a current Australian Government Security Clearance or be willing to obtain one
* Have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
In Addition, This Role Will Require
* CASA B1.3 Aircraft Licence
* Over 4 years practical experience
* Demonstrated experience on Bell and Airbus Helicopters
* Previous experience on Rolls Royce, LTS and Arriel engines.
* Ability to use electronic maintenance program (e.g. Aerotrack)
