Job Description & Summary
The Clients and Markets (C&M) team is dedicated to enabling business growth by developing strategic initiatives that contribute to the Firm's go to market strategy and enhance market presence As a Marketing and Events Specialist | Senior Associate you'll play a vital role in delivering a wide range of relationship marketing programs and events to drive client engagement and deepen client relationships. You will be part of a national relationship marketing and events team, working closely with other C&M team members and business stakeholders, working with clients across the firm.

What you'll do:
* Lead comprehensive event planning and logistics, including catering, transportation, accommodation, audiovisuals, and on-site event management to deliver memorable client and employee experiences.
* Coordinate and execute relationship marketing programs, manage internal and external vendors, and support content development across digital and social platforms.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders and partners while collecting and analyzing event data to generate insights that enhance future strategies and event impact.
* Conduct post-event and campaign evaluations, provide detailed reports with recommendations, and maintain agility to adapt to evolving business and market needs while promoting a unified client-focused marketing approach.
What we're looking for:
* Formal qualifications in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields, with proven experience managing successful marketing campaigns and events.
* Strong project management skills, collaborative approach, ability to handle multiple programs, and excellent attention to detail.
* Proficient in marketing and event platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud), with a data-driven mindset and strong analytical abilities.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and oral), creative problem-solving skills, and adaptability to work effectively in a hybrid and flexible environment.
