Onsite AV & Infrastructure Support Technician – New South Wales, Australia
Oncall, dispatch‐based support for AV, infrastructure and collaboration systems in client sites.
Mode: Dispatch – On‐call ticket based/Freelance/Part‐time/Casual Basis
SLA: SBD and NBD support
Responsibilities
* Provide onsite support for AV systems, meeting room technologies and video conferencing solutions.
* Troubleshoot Microsoft collaboration tools and meeting‐room environments.
* Diagnose and resolve basic networking issues (LAN, cabling, connectivity).
* Perform onsite IT operations, including EUC support and device management.
* Support non‐Windows and non‐Microsoft devices for basic connectivity and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of AV systems, meeting room technologies and video conferencing solutions.
* Experience supporting Microsoft collaboration tools and meeting‐room environments.
* Basic networking knowledge (LAN, cabling, connectivity troubleshooting).
* Exposure to EUC support, device management, and onsite IT operations.
* Strong customer‐service orientation, communication and documentation skills.
