The Coach plays a vital role in delivering HELP's Employment Services Strategy which is focused on improving sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability This position centers on mentoring participants to overcome and manage barriers by developing tailored individualised plans and fostering a work-ready mindset.
Ensure each participant's individual needs and aspirations for employment are at the center of your focus Effectively support a caseload of participants by providing support guidance and direction Achieve individual and team KPIs in line with the Inclusive Employment Australia Deed and Help Enterprises requirements Deliver coaching and support to participants in line with the Help Service Delivery Model Build rapport and trust with participants developing tailored Action Plans based on strengths goals and support needs Connect participants with internal and external training qualifications and support services to address vocational and non-vocational needs Work collaboratively with Business Inclusion Specialists to engage with inclusive employers and identify tailored job opportunities Create sustainable job opportunities and career paths for participants via relationships with local employers Support employers with inclusive practices and work adjustments fostering a disability-confident workplace
Key Responsibilities:
