Autoleague are looking for a **Parts Interpreter** to join our Midland Hub used vehicle reconditioning centre. Our newly established used vehicle reconditioning centre serves the 600+ used vehicles sold in our Midland Hub, Midland City and Carco WA.
**The Role**:
- Accurately identify required parts and components for a wide range of vehicle models.
- Liaise with the service and reconditioning teams to ensure parts availability and timely delivery.
- Source parts from a variety of suppliers, both internal and external.
- Maintain stock levels, manage orders, and track deliveries to ensure efficient workflow.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams, addressing parts-related inquiries promptly.
- Keep detailed records of parts ordered, received, and fitted.
- Assist with inventory control and stocktaking procedures.
**You**:
- Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter, ideally in an automotive or dealership environment.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle components and parts systems.
- Ability to read and interpret parts diagrams and catalogues.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with parts inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
