About The Role
We are looking for a Test Analyst to join the Enterprise Testing team on a fixed-term basis. Are you a driven and detail-oriented testing professional with a passion for enterprise software delivery? We're looking for an Enterprise Test Analyst to join our dynamic Enterprise Systems team and play a key role in the successful rollout of functionalities within our SysMod program .
In this role, you'll work closely with the Test Manager and ERP Delivery Leads, helping shape the testing landscape of a significant transformation initiative. From designing testing strategies to hands-on execution, you'll contribute to driving high-quality outcomes that align with business needs, timelines, and cost expectations.
Responsibilities
* Design and articulate comprehensive testing plans for software development and rollout
* Execution of manual and automated test scenarios
* Collaborate with partners and System Integrators during development sprints
* Leverage tools like Azure DevOps, Selenium, and Katalon Studios for agile enterprise testing
* Ensure clear reporting of bugs, key issues, risks, and mitigation planning throughout the process
* Identify and implement improvements across the testing lifecycle using best practices
Who are we looking for:
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Test Analyst, preferably in large-scale transformation projects
* Strong background in manual and automated testing (Dynamics365 FinOps and CE experience highly desirable)
* Skilled in designing test scenarios and executing across all testing phases, with a focus on System Integration Testing (SIT)
* Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams in agile environments
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
* Relevant software testing certifications are desirable
