About the opportunity

We're looking for a passionate Marketing Executive who thrives in a collaborative, fast‐paced retail environment. In this role, you'll support the delivery of engaging, performance‐driven marketing campaigns across multiple retail centres, helping to drive visitation, build strong tenant relationships and strengthen community connections.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with centre teams, tenants and agency partners, you'll play an important role in bringing national and local marketing strategies to life.

What you'll be doing

* Support the development and delivery of annual centre business plans, marketing strategies and budgets.
* Plan, create and schedule engaging social media content aligned to brand guidelines and target audiences.
* Coordinate and implement centre marketing campaigns, activations and events, ensuring delivery to brief, on time and on brand.
* Manage marketing collateral, artwork briefing, proofing and media bookings.
* Support tenant marketing initiatives and build strong tenant relationships to drive engagement and performance.
* Assist with PR opportunities and community partnerships aligned to brand and place strategy.
* Track campaign performance, turnover and traffic results, providing insights and ROI analysis.
* Raise purchase orders, manage invoices and monitor campaign spend against budget.
* Collaborate closely with the broader Retail Marketing team to drive consistency and best practice across the portfolio.

* Proven experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns, ideally in retail or customer‐focused environments.
* Strong experience creating and managing social media content across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar (preferred but not mandatory).
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in a marketing role (shopping centre or digital experience highly regarded).
