The role
We're looking for a driven and commercially savvy National Account Manager to own the Coles relationship at EHPlabs. This is a high-impact role sitting at the heart of our sales function. You'll be accountable for delivering the short-term budget, promotional plan, and executional strategy for one of our most important retail partners.
You'll work cross‐functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing, and act as the key bridge between EHPlabs and the Coles category team, driving the joint business plan to deliver growth across volume, GSV, NSV, and market share.
Responsibilities
- Drive & deliver short‐term business strategy and budget
- Lead and develop a joint business plan ensuring delivery of aligned strategic and commercial objectives including volume, RSV, market share and trade spend
- Partner with and influence the customer category team to optimise promotional and activation plans in stores to drive profitable outcomes
- Analyse data to leverage insights to uncover or accelerate opportunities for growth
- Understand competitor and market landscape to anticipate customer needs and build proactive plans, responding accordingly to external factors
- Input and own demand planning routines, bridging supply planning processes across the customer and EHPlabs with a high level of accuracy
- Lead the review of initiatives and marketing investment ensuring alignment of promotional and executional objectives to ensure palatable ROI
- Work cross‐functionally with Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing
- Reporting, promotional slotting and review, sales accounting, demand planning, field comms, customer meetings, range review and CPI routines
About you
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing and or related field preferred
- 3-5 years experience in Account Management or Sales
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Growth mindset with a good attitude and desire to learn and develop
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
- Experience in reporting/data tools
