Job Costing/Contracts Coordinator

The Job Costing/Contracts Coordinator plays a key role in driving profitability by managing how we track, report and optimise job costs ensuring accuracy across all data and working closely with site teams and managers to keep things on track.

This is a structured collaborative and critical to business performance role that's open to both full-time and part-time candidates. We're looking for a detail-driven numbers person with Pronto ERP experience who can take ownership of our job costing processes.

* Reviewing job margins and financial performance of service contracts
* Capturing and reconciling job data to meet monthly deadlines
* Allocating costs including overheads and consumables
* Managing job setup and closure processes in Pronto
* Liaising with branches and customers on variations and delays
* Recording budgets and analysing variances
* Reconciling WIP and identifying unrecoverable costs
* Supporting process improvement and cost control initiatives

What You'll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities:

* Job Costing: Reviewing job margins and financial performance of service contracts capturing and reconciling job data to meet monthly deadlines allocating costs including overheads and consumables managing job setup and closure processes in Pronto reconciling WIP and identifying unrecoverable costs supporting process improvement and cost control initiatives.

Requirements:

* Pronto ERP experience (AR or Job Costing modules)
* Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers
* Experience with Service delivery contracts in heavy industry/engineering
* Understanding of cost allocation WIP and variance tracking
* Ability to collaborate with site teams customers and management
* Strong Business/Process Improvement focus
