Key Responsibilities
* Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HRIS integrity, and compliance reporting.
* Partner with hiring managers to deliver recruitment campaigns and oversee onboarding to ensure a positive employee experience.
* Drive process improvements and system enhancements across HR workflows and tools.
* Act as a key contact for employee queries, supporting performance management, investigations, and disciplinary processes when required.
* Oversee performance review cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and quarterly caregiver meetings.
* Coordinate training logistics and compliance tracking to support capability development and workforce safety.
About you
* Formal qualifications in Human Resources desired
* At least 3-5 years experience working in HR operations or generalist HR roles
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolutions skills
* Always provide a high standard of customer service to all stakeholders
* Strong and accurate computer and data entry skills
