Customer Service Executive – Manufacturing
Location: Smithfield, NSW, AU | Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + Super
Our client is a fast growing, customer focused business operating within the eCommerce and direct-to-consumer space, with a strong presence across Australia. Known for delivering high quality products and exceptional customer experiences, the business continues to expand rapidly in a competitive and evolving market.
Responsibilities
* Managing end-to-end customer service across online orders, accounts, subscriptions, and general enquiries
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and digital channels in a timely and professional manner
* Processing customer orders accurately and within required timeframes
* Owning customer issues from initial enquiry through to resolution
* Liaising with internal teams including operations, logistics, and sales to resolve delivery or fulfilment issues
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and case management within CRM systems
* Supporting the sales function by identifying opportunities and providing customer insights
* Managing high volumes of enquiries across multiple channels and prioritising effectively
* Ensuring a high standard of customer experience and satisfaction
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across customer service processes
Candidate
* Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre, or inside sales role
* Experience within eCommerce, retail, or FMCG environments highly regarded
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem‐solving skills with a customer‐first mindset
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience using CRM systems and customer management tools
* A proactive, adaptable, and team‐oriented approach
* Ability to remain calm and solutions‐focused under pressure
