The Role
We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Program Manager to lead a portfolio of complex projects aligned with our Strategy and response to the Aged Care Act.

Drive the planning, development, delivery, and evaluation of multiple projects.
Establish governance structures and ensure alignment with PMO frameworks.
Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives.
Monitor risks, benefits, and performance to achieve outcomes on time and within budget.
Champion continuous improvement across people, processes, and technology.
About you
Program Management certifications and knowledge of methodologies such as SCRUM, SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills.
Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering significant and complex programs including developing program and communication plans.
Demonstrated skills in program planning, reporting, monitoring and evaluation.
Experience in expenditure planning, budget maintenance including reallocation of cost, tracking.
Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including Executives, within large initiatives involving multiple partners ideally in healthcare settings.
Proactive and organised, and ability to influence, navigate ambiguity, and deliver holistic solutions.
