Brombo is seeking an experienced Head Woodfire Pizza Chef to lead our woodfire pizza section. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on quality, consistency, and smooth service.

Key Responsibilities
* Run the woodfire pizza section during evening service
* Prepare and manage fresh hand-stretched dough
* Operate and maintain the woodfire oven
* Ensure consistent, high-quality food standards
* Lead, train, and manage the kitchen team
* Manage rostering, stock ordering, and food costs
* Maintain closing procedures, thorough cleaning, and hygiene standards
* Ensure all kitchen sections are organised, clearly labelled, and neatly maintained
Requirements
* 1–2 years' experience with a woodfire pizza oven
* Strong dough making and fermentation knowledge
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Confident leader with strong organisational skills

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
