Electrical Engineering Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Technician to join our team in Western Australia.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience working with a dynamic, supportive commercial and operations team running several high value projects.
This role will report to the Project Lead / Supervisor.
As the ADENCO Electrical Engineering Technician your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Commitment to a "No Harm Culture" and "Lost Time Injury" free workplace.
- Safe Delivery of all aspects of the projects you work on.
- Electrical Installation and Testing of Bore Pumps, Generators, MCC's (LV).
- Interrogate and troubleshoot PLCs;
- Interrogate and troubleshoot Control and Telemetry system issues;
- Actively work to minimise plant downtime by ensuring high quality work standards and practices are adhered to;
- Complete Job Safety Environment Analysis (JSEA) or SWP prior to performing any work tasks;
- Any other duties within your capabilities and at the direction of your Supervisor; &
- Managing and protecting Client Relationships to ensure further opportunities will be secured.
Whilst electrical experience is of importance to us, to be considered for our talent pool and future positions, you will have:
- Electrical Trade Qualification
- Current and valid driver's licence;
- Have a mechanical aptitude.
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Willing to work as part of a dynamic, dedicated team,
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential
Works will be based on a 2:1 FIFO Roster.
