**About the role**:
As a digital copywriter you will contribute to the overall vision and customer experience for the digital environment. A heavy focus on digital copy that drives eCommerce and maximises the SEO opportunity.
e. The digital copy will be crafted on a wide range of platforms such as support pages, merchandising copy, digital campaign pages, product pages, the website, and the app. UX and digital content four the conversation online program and the online e-Commerce purchase journey will also be created.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with UX designers and Visual designers to create effective copy
- Maximizes the SEO opportunity.
- Creation of digital copy writing to drive online engagement
- Responds to the brief that adheres to the Digital Tone of Voice Guidelines and maximizes the chance of online conversation.
- Presenting and justifying your work.
- Keep up to date with news for the business products and services, and digital trends.
- Always be on the lookup to improve the way they work, speak up with suggestions for a better way, with the aim of exceeding the expectations of the customers.
**Knowledge and experience required**:
- Minimum 3 years in a Digital Content Creation role.
- Demonstrated ability to craft strong editorial, informational, editorial, informational, merchandising copy with solid experience in digital execution.
- Demonstrated ability to craft UX copy for the online purchase journey.
- Demonstrated ability to craft digital content for conversation rate optimization and A/B tests.
- Demonstrated ability to craft digital content for SEO.
- Demonstrated ability to sub-edit, shoulder check and QA content.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Creative, flexible, and energetic.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications or similar.
