**About the role**
We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and enthusiastic person who has demonstrated skills and abilities in clerical duties. Working within a large multidisciplinary team, you will be focused on daily tasks, as well as undertaking clerical roles in an ever changing pace environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurate MBBS data entry and prosthetic coding
- Generate and run Cyberquery reports and data extraction
- General admin duties including meeting minutes and ordering office supplies through ARM
- Distribution of Operating Suite lists and review of all procedures from previous day
- Input staff Roster On including leave, roster and amendments
- Updating various excel data spreadsheets
- Clerical colleague leave replacement including weekend replacement
**Skills and experience**
- Demonstrated medical terminology
- Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with the multidisciplinary team
- Ability to work as an effective team member whilst maintaining a courteous and professional manner
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing and competing priorities and environment
- Previous experience in a similar role and patient administration systems would be highly desirable
