About the Role
* Lead the development and implementation of performance marketing strategies across search marketing accounts.
* Work closely with the media team to build SEM and overall performance/digital product.
* Build strong relationships with top-tier clients and provide high-level service by delivering search solutions that grow their business through performance channels.
* Train and upskill teams on search and best practice performance processes across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and grow our digital performance marketing product.
2. Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across search marketing accounts.
3. Build strong relationships with clients and provide high-level service by delivering search solutions that grow their business.
4. Train and upskill teams on search and best practice performance processes.
Requirements
* 8+ years of search marketing experience.
* Performance media strategy expertise, including performance audits, forecasting results, and channel and budget recommendations.
* Experience with search and overall performance media reporting, analysing data, making optimisation decisions, and clearly articulating results and optimisations to clients.
* Proficiency in relevant optimisation software (e.g. Google Ads, Bing Ads).
* Advanced Excel skills and highly analytical disposition.
* Mentoring and training staff on performance media.
* A thorough understanding of all performance ad platforms and bid management tools (e.g. Google Ads Manager, Bing Ads).
* Google and Bing accreditation.
* Master of Google Analytics.
* Thorough understanding of website back-end setup and tracking, conversion goals, problem-solving, critical thinking, effective communication, and presentation skills.
