Provide clear, practical advice to developers, applicants, and Council teams, ensuring projects move forward while protecting Wodonga’s environmental values.

- Project delivery and funding – Manage on-ground environmental projects, secure external funding, and monitor compliance with vegetation offsets and permits; lead initiatives from bushfire management planning to biodiversity projects that protect and enhance landscapes.

- Strategic thinking and innovation – develop forward-looking policies and strategies that strengthen resilience and biodiversity.
- Collaboration and communication – engage with diverse stakeholders and translate technical information into clear, actionable advice.
- Project management capability – experience delivering environmental projects, securing funding, and ensuring permit and offset compliance.
