THE POSITION:
This is a fantastic and rare opportunity for the Head Chef position at the Barker Hotel, Mount Barker.
You will work with, lead, and develop our experienced team of chefs and apprentices, writing menus for the hotel, functions, and events catering. You'll order stock with flexibility from a range of nominated suppliers, provide hands-on meal service to our customers, and ensure the overall success of food service operations.
If you've completed your Australian Apprenticeship, have great leadership skills, a sound understanding of cooking techniques, purchasing, menu coordination, menu construction, food safety, and management, then we're looking for you.
