Are you an experienced Tourist/Caravan Park Assistant Management couple or perhaps a Property Manager or Retirement Village Manager with a partner who loves working outdoors, looking after grounds with general maintenance/handy person skills?

Not afraid to take on a wide range of duties, being hands on, as well as working with the management and ownership team improving the park and strategic decisions while developing and maintaining a small community? About the role

We are seeking applications from prospective management couples who are interested in Assistant Management roles at a mixed-use (short stay and residents) park in Mandurah/Peel area, WA. Our ideal outcome would be to see you progress in time to a Park Management role within our group and varied locations around Australia.

Your Duties and Responsibilities

* Working closely with the Park Management team and business owners discussing, making and implementing commercial decisions
* Working with the Park Management team to project manage developments at the park, including cabin and amenities upgrades
* Assisting with servicing and overseeing management of our residents (~100 in the park)
* Completing general maintenance of the park (including handyperson, grounds and cleaning as required)
* Attending to after-hours lock ups and call-outs (on rotating basis with Park Managers) in relation to resident/annuals and maintenance needs

Your Skills and Experience

* Previous facilities or property management exposure
* Excellent customer and staff interface skills
* Personal handyperson and maintenance skills
* Ability to manage prospective capital development (project management)
* Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office suite
* Good ability to read and understand financial reports and profit and losses
* First Aid Certificate will be highly regarded
* Police Clearance
* Attention to detail, flexible and reliable
* Passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a people/community focus mind
* Must have permanent right to work in Australia
