Front End Supervisor and Systems Administrator
We are currently seeking applications for a Front End Supervisor and Systems Administrator to join our team at Spanos IGA Robina, located on the beautiful Gold Coast.
We are a leading Queensland supermarket group with six stores across South East Queensland, proudly supplying fresh, local, high-quality food to our customers seven days a week. Our stores are known for being exceptionally presented, welcoming, and strongly connected to our local communities.
Reporting to the Store Manager, this is a hands-on role that plays a key part in the smooth operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for pricing signage and ticketing throughout the store
* Ensure pricing changes are accurately updated and promotional specials are correctly displayed
* Supervisory responsibilities including opening the Store
* Complete scanning control tasks and oversee point-of-sale accuracy
* Prepare cash floats and manage cash handling/ banking and till balancing
· Process invoices in a timely manner and assist with stock takes and reporting

* Ability to work effectively within a team environment
* Commitment to delivering the highest standard of customer service and going the extra mile for customers
* Understanding of, and compliance with, store security procedures
The successful applicant will be required to obtain a satisfactory National Police Clearance.
