Eye Care Sales Manager
We are seeking a skilled Eye Care Sales Manager to grow our Alcon Surgical IOL portfolio in the region. As an expert in ophthalmic surgical devices, you will oversee the overall IOL portfolio and provide high technical consultancy to assigned accounts. You will work closely with account managers, tender and pricing teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
A typical day for this role may include:
* Driving total IOL revenue and market share in the territory
* Achieving rapid penetration of Presbyopia Correcting IOLs (PCIOL)
* Facilitating business development through effective sales strategies
* Maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
