About the role

The Retail Operations and Facilities Coordinator is accountable for maintaining store operational and facilities activities across the T2 network. This role supports the execution of the retail strategy by working cross-functionally to deliver the tools, information, and resources that enable store teams to perform at their best. Central to this is a focus on enhancing business processes, improving in-store efficiencies, and overseeing store facilities and maintenance, allowing our teams to prioritise what matters most: servicing their customers.

The position focuses on developing and delivering best in class communication to our store teams, owning the operational aspects of retail store policies and procedures, overseeing store maintenance, and providing administrational support.

Key responsibilities

* Manage the store communications strategy and workload, continuously looking for opportunities to innovate and streamline communications to our store teams.
* Act as the point of contact for all stores and assist with any queries relating to retail operations.
* Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance across all T2 sites
* Review,maintainand control retail policies and procedures, ensuring retail intranetisregularlyupdatedand intuitive for store teams to use.
* Act as our operational spokesperson and represent retail across SupportOffice, enabling exceptional execution of retail initiatives in store.
* Maintain vendor and contractor records, agreements, and compliance documentation
* Coordinate and track operational and facilities expenses; flag exceptions and cost-saving opportunities
* Work with Quality and Safety teams to maintain the highest standards in store
