We are seeking a skilled and proactive labour coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in trades resourcing and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, allocating, and onboarding operatives while ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations. They will also build strong partnerships with Regional Operation Managers and provide support and insight to drive business growth.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in trades resourcing with civil engineering or construction
* Knowledge of compliance requirements CSCS cards/Medicals etc
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to thrive under pressure - and juggle competing priorities
* Proactive project-focused and highly organised
