About the Role
Reporting to the Kalgoorlie Business Manager, you will manage and mobilise our workforce across various mining work sites throughout the gold fields region. The role involves coordinating projects and managing the business resourcing schedule, requiring strong organisational and communication skills. This is a residential based position, and candidates must reside in Kalgoorlie.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule inspection workforce
* Client liaison
* Prepare quotations, manage budgets and invoicing
* Manage mobilisation and demobilisation processes for projects
* Book medicals & training, oversee workforce qualifications registry and licences
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in mobilisation and project coordination roles
* Excellent people management, project coordination and communication skills, written and verbal
* Organised and able to meet deadlines
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
