What You'll Do
Lead project engineering activities on a refurbishment project valued up to $20 million
Plan, coordinate and supervise works, equipment, subcontractors and personnel on site.
Provide technical advice across design, construction, modifications and remedial works.
Prepare and manage QA/QC documentation, reports, progress records, and project deliverables.
Develop, monitor and update programs, schedules and quantity take-offs.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality and project standards.
Facilitate project team meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to drive outcomes.
About You
Proven experience in project engineering roles with refurbishment, building upgrade or fit-out projects.
Strong technical understanding and ability to read and interpret specifications, drawings and contract requirements.
Excellent communicator - confident in stakeholder management and multidisciplinary coordination.
Detail-oriented with strong reporting, documentation and organisational skills.
Construction White Card (or ability to obtain), and a commitment to site Health, Safety, Environment and Quality.
