We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. This is a key role in our faith-based organisation, supporting both our leadership and staff.
This position is offered on a part-time basis - 8Hrs per week - preferably Wednesdays (Tuesdays may be considered).
The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills, proven management experience, tenacity and a high level of self-drive. You will be someone who enjoys order, improving systems and keeping things moving forward with energy and purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level HR administrative support to Executive leadership
* Ensure strong systems and documentation are maintained and continuously improved
* Manage recruitment, onboarding and staff administration processes
* HR functions including contracts, policies, compliance & performance processes
* Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
* Support a positive and healthy staff culture
* Coordinate internal communications, reporting and meetings

* Strong demonstrated management or supervisory experience
