Responsibilities
* Working closely with the Project Management team.
* Overseeing hospitality, retail and fit out projects.
* Assisting with programming and project coordination.
* Assisting in management of the subcontractors.
* Managing site deliveries.
* Quality and defects assurance.
Qualifications
* Minimum 1+ year experience in managing a job site.
* Hospitality, Medical and Retail fit out experience preferred but not essential.
* Experience in supervising tradesmen/constructors work.
* Experience in supervising and knowledge of other trades is an advantage.
* Team player who is prepared to teach and supervise apprentices and less experienced tradesmen.
* Have a large range of tools.
* White card.
